Here I am teaching a Moroccan class last fall at the Viking Culinary Center At Delia in Wallingford , Ct. I wll be teaching another class up there on Sept. 24th. but this time its Brazilian food. If you live in the area and I know some of you do. Please come and join us.. I'd love to meet you and share my recipes for some delicious food from the north of Brazil.
